From the date of shipment, you have 30 days to evaluate your purchase, and if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Customized Jewelry: All custom orders, name jewelry or eternity rings, can be returned up to 7 days of receipt. We will deduct 35% of cost for custom design charge + labor cost and shipping charges. If your purchase was recieved damaged or incorrect we allow you up to 30 days of purchase to return it, and we will correct any imperfections to the item.
If you recieve your photo etched jewelry and it is not made right we will redo it for no charge. All photo etched jewelry is non refundable.
